While no low-pressure areas (LPAs) are currently being monitored, three weather systems-the shear line, Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), and the northeast monsoon (amihan)-are expected to bring cloudy skies and light to moderate rainfall across parts of the Philippines in the next 24 hours.
