この後、家族全員亡くして1人残った女性と話す機会がありましたが｢生き残ってしまった。私が死ぬべきだったのに｣という言葉を聞いて、涙を堪えられませんでした。
｢生かされたんだと思いましょう｣と伝えたけど、悲しい笑顔が忘れられません。
そんな思いをした人が数え切れないほど居たことも忘れてはいけませんね...
日本人は災害の後「さぁ！片付けるぞ！」と思えるんだけど、やっぱりその先陣を切ってくれるのがいつも自衛隊だと思います。人を助けるのも街を片付けるのも、みんな受け身ではなく自分たちでも出来る限り頑張りますが、そのリーダーになってくれるのは自衛隊とレスキュー隊なんです。ありがたいし心強いです。
心が苦しくなる映像ですが、日本を知るために観てくれてありがとう。
海の沖で板に乗った犬がいたこともありました。犬は無事に助かり、飼い主の元に戻れました。

1/1に起きた能登地震の時も「今すぐ高台に避難して下さい。東日本大震災を思い出してください。」とニュースから流れました。
今もなお、あの大震災は心に深く刻まれています。でも今後しっかり教訓として生かされていくと思います。
忘れないで欲しいのは、この自然災害という大き過ぎる壁に打ちのめされ、悲しみの底にいただけでは無いこと。
人は助け合い、声を掛け合い、手を取り合い、慰め合い、寒さを凌いで生きるために行動してくださった方々が大勢いることです。
日本に住むという事は、他の様々な自然災害をはらむ多くの国々と同じように、これらの災害と共に生きるということでもあります。

自衛隊員の方々は震災の活動で、来る日も来る日も不明者の捜索の中、本当に言葉や文字にも出来ないむごい惨状なども多く遭遇し続けた結果....。
一定の任務期間後、元の所属部隊への帰還後に心を病み自死された方々もいらしたそうです。
本当に過酷な職務だと思います。
この出来事に涙してくれてありがとうございます。この震災時、沢山の国も日本を助けてくれました。特にアメリカ軍の大きな助けがあって、アメリカには特に感謝しています（Operation Tomodachi）。これらの助けは物理的なものだけでなく、日本人の心の大きな助けになり、今も日本人は忘れていません。3.11のリアクション、ありがとうございました。
こんなに泣いてくれるなんて…有難いです。311で津波に遭い知人、友人を多く失いましたが、地球に生かされているのに憎むべき相手がその地球であることがとても辛かった。届く距離にいてなぜ助けに戻れなかったのかという自責の念も。
もちろん人為的な爆撃や銃撃も同じ苦しみがあると思います。日本は二度原爆を落とされているので…また放射能かという絶望ですよね。この島国は何千年も困難を乗り越えてきました。自衛隊をはじめたくさんの地域、他国から援助の手、義援金、食事に生活用品、ペットの捜索まで本当にたくさんたくさん助けて頂きました。手を取り合って助け合えば復興できることを知っています。
今年被災された石川県他西側のエリア、ガザ、ウクライナ、地球が平和になることを祈ります。
当時小学生で大変だなぁとしか思わなかったけど、今見ると涙が出る。
一般人で金銭的に余裕のない私は、当時何も出来ない自分が歯がゆくてたまりませんでした。私自身は熊本地震の経験者なのですが、日本中から熊本に向けてエールが送られて復興支援していただいた時の感動は、今でもハッキリと覚えています。こういう映像は見るのが本当は辛いけど、現実を受け入れる気持ちも大事だと思いました。このチャンネル、もっと伸びるべきです👍👍👍

行方不明者の捜索や遺体の回収で心を病んでしまった現地ボランティアの方もいらっしゃいます。
このような状況にあるボランティアの方々に心よりお見舞い申し上げます。なぜなら、彼らは救われなかった人々の遺体を見るという絶え間ない苦痛に対処しなければならないからです。

遠い異国の地で涙してくれる貴方に感謝します
うちの主人は被災時東京のビルの中にいました。ご存知の通り被害はとても少なかったのですが、主人がいたビルはたまたまたくさんのデータベースを持っているビルで、震度5強で揺れた直後にデータを持ち出すことが出来ないように全てのドアがロックされ、余震も続く中、全く避難も帰宅も連絡も出来なくなりました。翌日になんとか避難開始。他のみなさんと同じようにビジネスシューズで歩いて埼玉まで帰宅しました。
主人はそれから地震恐怖症になり、寝ていても私たちが気づかないくらいの震度1の揺れでも大きな声をあげて飛び起き、テレビをつけてカタカタ震えていました。数ヶ月続きました。被災の程度は小さくても、私たち家族には忘れられない恐ろしい思い出です。
日本に心を寄せてくれてありがとうございます。とても辛い映像だけど知ろうとしてくれた事に感謝してます。日本にとっても決して忘れられない深い傷になっています。私は9.11のニュースを日本で見ていましたが未だにそのショックを覚えています。おっしゃる通りこうした事象はその国に刻まれる忘れがたい傷痕になると思います。
東日本大震災が起きた頃生後何ヶ月だったから、よく泣くような赤ちゃん抱えて生きて帰ってくれた両親には感謝しかない。こういう大災害はこれからも何度か起こってしまうんだろうけど両親みたいに人1人は守りきりたいなと思う。
現代日本において、これほどまでの災害はなかった。しかし、繰り返し起きる災害には、減災を目的とした対策しかできない。

震災時の気持ちへの対処はとにかく【諦めない】しかない。皆が苦しい訳だから皆でその状況を何とかするしかないんだよな。各々の立場で出来る事をするしかない。

原発のこともそうだけど もう一つの不幸なことは この津波の第一波で 自衛隊の航空基地と 仙台空港が壊滅したため 地震後に 必要になるはずの 救援ヘリ などが 流されてしまったこと 自衛隊の基地 などにも 救援要請の依頼が入るものの 救援ヘリ自体が 壊滅して しまったため 救助ができなかった ということ も 不幸なことでした😔‼️
15:20 津波は陸地に到達したあと、跳ね返るという特徴があります。東日本大震災で発生した津波は日本からチリへ、そしてまた日本へと何度も被害を起こさせました。また、余震によっても津波は発生します。
結果として津波は、何日もかけて日本を襲いました。

そうか。地震や津波を知っていても原子力発電所のメルトダウンを知らない世代の方も沢山いるんだと改めて時の流れを感じます。
ならばメルトダウンをおこした原子炉をどうやって冷却したのかも知らないでしょう。
自衛隊と消防の部隊の方々が直接原子炉の近くまで突入して決死の覚悟でホースで水をかけ続けて冷却したのです。日本の方も海外の方も是非覚えておいて欲しい。
消防士や自衛隊の話は初めて聞きました。命さえも救うために、確実な死と思われる状況に遭遇するのは、実に英雄的で無私の行為である。彼らの英雄的な行為が世代を超えて記憶されることを願っています。
最近よく「日本の地震、海外の反応」というのを見るようになったけど、日本は歴史上幾多なる災害に見舞われてきた。私たちが生まれる前も、今まで生きてきた中でも。多くを失い、沢山の命を地震や津波によって奪われた。勿論災害だけではない、戦争なども含めて、多くの人が苦しみ、希望を失っていった。 ただ日本人はそれでも今まで立ち直り、前に進むための道を一歩一歩作りだしていた、そして今まで日本人は力強く生きてきた。 そしてテレビや新聞が誕生し、インターネット、SNSでいろんな人に地震の恐ろしさが伝わる、伝えていける、変えていける時代になった。 もちろん当時の映像だったり写真を見てトラウマになる人もいるだろう。被災した方々は特に、 今我々が出来る事、変えられる事はそう多くない、しかし出来る事はある。「今後起きるであろう幾多の災害に、決して多くの悲惨な映像や写真を残さない、作らせない。 後世に残る災害の映像というのを東日本3.11で学び、3.11以上の物をこれから残さない。」 我々が今出来ることは現状防災や減災くらいしかない。「天災は忘れた頃にやってくる」この言葉の忘れてはならない。 実際、2024年1月1日に起きた能登半島地震も誰もが元日に震度7、津波というのを想像出来はしなかったであろう。 そしてこれからの未来、すぐ近い未来に予想することも出来ない、東日本の災害も上回る可能性が高い地震が迫りつつあることも忘れてはならない。

ニュースで見た時あまりの衝撃にここは同じ日本かと目を疑うような状況でした。何か自分に出来ることは無いかと思い、ボランティアにも行きました。正しく何から手をつけていいか分からない。片付けにも途方がない。これは復興できるのか？自分だけのただ1人がボランティアに参加したくらいで復興出来るのか。被災してないにもかかわらず自暴自棄にさえなってしまう状況。そんな中でも現地の人は「来てくれてありがとう。」「ありがとう。」被災された方がいちばん辛いはずなのに感謝を述べてくれるその現状がとても日本人であることに誇りに思えた反面、当時のボランティアの活力にもなりました。
遠い異邦の地からでも涙を流してくれる貴方様に感謝と祝福を。二度とこのような事例を起こしては行けない。そう胸に刻みながら生き続ける日々です。
