This is terrific! Newsprint is a great choice for artists who need to just burn through sketches without worrying about durability of the results. Newsprint has such a wonderful surface, and even though it doesn't last nearly as long as rag paper, we do still have lots of older drawings on this stock that have survived with careful presentation and handling as they've reached antique age, with a warm, dark color characteristic of the material. If you're careful, you can pull a contact transfer from a charcoal sketch to get a reverse ghost image on a sheet of more durable paper, then you can use the mirror image of the sketch as the basis for a more involved work of art!

Thank you! I spray them with workable fixative to minimize the smudging
