I visited the memorial last week with my family searching for a soldier. We actually found his name he has the same initials and surname as my daughter. The memorial is stunning. Does our heros proud. We then drove down to Ranville searching for his grave as he died in battle with the 12th airborne Division at Branville. And again we search in Ranville war cemetery. We found him. My daughter stood next to his grave stone, same initials and name will stay with me forever. What boys they were. We thank everyone of you.
