    Fantastic hunt! You have to be on your toes for this sort of hunting!

    Great video! One question though. Why do you close one eye while shooting with an Aimpoint? It’s made in a way so you can shoot with your both eyes open. I mean, the whole point with Aimpoint is to shoot with your both eyes open. :)

      Pontus K I’m totally left eye dominant and even with the aimpoint have to close one eye..

    does Jason have any trouble bringing any meat back to Dublin, or does he not take any back.

    10:16... NOT a kill to be proud of at all, even if it wasn´t on purpose! The piglets didn´t look big/mature enough to survive on their own! I hope the shooter is well aware of that, he didn´t seem too sorry...

      Paul Winter Totally agree but in the heat of the hunt it’s an easy mistake to make.

    Minimum calibre for boar in Poland

    • @malyhunter
      @malyhunter 5 років тому

      Browning Maxus must be minimal energy of 2000 jules in 100 meters distant from hunter to the animal , so for example 243 win its legal but old 9,3×73R its not (dont mistake with 9,3×74R)

    I would never accept hunting like that last drive
    No idea of backdrop in that corn and not even an elevated position
    Other hunters in line with you only what 100 meters down?
    Yeah I know beware of your target and whatnot but having hunters that close to each other limits your ability, what if an injured animal doubles back, then you can't shot because it is in direct line of fire

      Yeah i always thought driven boar like they do on the continent was madness anyway

      They have hunters in designated positions. To avoid such incidents from happening. Trust me everyone knows where everyone is.

      When a hunter is brought to his peg, he is told what is arc of fire is. Safety is paramount and so is self discipline. Driven hunting is a long established pastime. It is very easy to criticise it, but if you haven`t participated in one, try one and you will see that not only is it great fun, but it is also very safe. I shoot a dozen driven hunts a year, and have yet to hear of an accident involving a stray bullet.

    Why did not you censor the Polish curses. Very ugly words fell on the letter "k." The dogs heard an ugly word at 12:00 min. At 5:44 - ,, the next boar without a shot went out" and word for "K".
