Nice home 🏠 but the bathrooms are too small.The layout of the great room and kitchen was nice. Just a little small for 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. They need cut one of the bedrooms out. It just needs more space. The house was lovely. Thank you for showing as always. I didn’t think I would see a new home today since it’s Labor Day. Have fun with your family. Nice house. However, I didn't see a bathtub in the owner's bathroom. I hope they are not calling it optional upgrade/addition.
Hey Justin thank you for watching and for your GREAT question. You are correct. There was not a bathtub in the main suite.
The rain shower is actually an upgrade, so if you wanted to have a bathtub and shower combo, David Weekley Homes would do it at no addition and in fact a price reduction.

no masters privacy next to that hallway with windows,,,bad idea and blocked outside scenery with a hallway to look at instead of outdoor scenery,,,why and wow you did not bother to even show where the hallway leads to...skipped that huh

This being the model home, the hallway is only there for the model homes office. When the home is built there will not be a hallway off of the master, blocking the scenery.
