CHICKEN SANIYA:
ingredients:
Onion: 3 medium
Tomatoes: 4 medium
Green pepper: 1 medium
Eggplant: 1 medium
Pumpkin chunk: 1 medium
Carrots: 6 medium
Fresh beans: 20-25
Whole chicken: 1 (800 gms)
Tomato paste: 100 gms
Tomato ketchup: 100 gms
Dry oregano: 1 tsp
Red paprika powder: 1 tsp
Black pepper powder: ¼ tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: ½ tsp
Vegetable oil: 3 tbsp
Lemon juice: 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped: 1 tbsp
