I sang this song at my Mamas funeral, I almost made it through, but when I got to the verse "When we see Jesus coming from Glory" I could not sing anymore, This song means something, just listen to it. We shouted Mama on in Glory. Look it up in the hymn book and just read the words. I love this song.
I’ve been looking for this song at least 20 years. Thank you very much for posting. I really miss gospel like this. The gospel music during this era has so much meat on it. Gospel music now, really does not sound like gospel. It’s very watered down. Thank God for those gospel greats. Their music will live 4ever.
THis Really takes me back to my teenage years This is what church music was about giving your testimony. I miss all the great singers from this lifetime. Church music is not the same any more. We need this kind of music back in the churches. These songs briung many souls to christ Whew!!! having a moment

Oh the church of yesterday when we would let the Holy Ghost move from one to the other,when we would be wrapped up tied up n tangled up in JESUS, when we would wave our hands n shout Thank You JESUS, when we would let the Lord minister to us, all while service was still going on. Today, we have to interrupt the services and have a count down to the dance off, to introduce the latest style of shouting, to pick'em up n put'em down and play tag you're it. I just need a lil more of yesterdays church
