Just bought this exact car, love it! It's crazy speedy as well, car is so light.
+Broxty word! enjoy yours!
I love my '16 GT...
Except for the cheap tires, no lumbar support, super stiff rear suspension, no glove box light, poor rear visibility, elusive hatch release switch during snowy/icy weather, what Hyundai calls "carpeting", extremely cheap hubcaps (Don't curb rash! Hyundai wants *$70 APIECE* for the plastic crap!), the lint and dust attracting "piano black" on the dash and the agonizingly slow warm up (Especially for deicing the windshield!) on frigid NE mornings.
Beside those little things ... I really DO love the car!
BTW: I took out the rear headrests so I can see behind me, put carpet mats down, bought expensive grippy cushy Cooper tires which improved the ride 500% and new chrome hubcaps.
👍🏽
Nice review Tony. I have the 2013 version. Wish mine had the 2 liter engine. All in all I've been pleased with the car. You need to do a test drive of Mazda 3 hatch and also Mazda CX-3 when it comes out.
CopperRed3 both are on my test drive list! thanks for watching!
Wow, that car has some great features!
Banshee Moon it does! thanks for watching my video :)
Here in Canada, the Hyundai Elantra GT base model doesn't have many of the things you list, including the heated seats. Burrrr......, but right now its about $18k with tax.
Robert Drake burr is right! thanks for watching my video!
How does it do in snow? I live in the Rockies, and AWD and 4wd come in handy. The fwd is the only thing that concerns me about it.
Thanks for the review good job my friend.
