It is pretty weird that I never played Silent Hill 2 but I absolutely love this song, isn't it?
The melancholy of the melody combined with the strong instrumentation just really does it for me I guess, and I don't remember how I discovered this song!
The game is definitely on my never ending list of videogames to play, pretty much because of this song and Promise

Lovely cover, mate. Great choice of tone and your phrasing for the lead/melodies is very tasteful and true to the overall theme. Double kudos for approaching the Dflat C B walkdown in the bridge without opting for an overly aggressive distortion and the heavy palm muting that is so common. This is a lot of fun! :)

Ah, thank you so much for the kind words! I just used Amplitube to get the tone for this and I tried to make the fingering for the lead part as close as possible to the original (at least to my ear, I mean slides and etc.), which I like to think I managed to do quite well :)
