Buena informacion! Que tal con los clientes que nos pagan por ejemplo una familia normal, o una embarazada, etc. También hay que hacerlos firmar si uno quiere usar alguna foto para promocion? Y si uno hace muchos photoshoots con la misma modelo. Hay que firmal un release para cada shoot especificando??

I did so many mistakes myself that now I'm even proud of being able to help anyone out there with it! :D I was always going crazy with this part and I couldn't get a proper model release to specify every detail as I needed. Which platform do you own? I would love to check it out! 😍
@@LauraBC It's called Burst Photos. I don't own it though (I wish), I just lead the platform. Just one of the many jobs I have haha. And I know what you mean, even now there are things that I have to double and triple check to ensure I haven't made a mistake.

Hi Eddie! :) If you take pictures of someone in the street without their permission, is totally fine. As you well said, they’re in a public space. However, this applies only if you use the pictures for your own portfolio, website, social media etc. I don’t know if you do stock photography. But for stock photography, because the pictures would be bought for commercial use (advertising for example), you would need a model released signed by them. The template for that type of model release is available on each stock website. This applies only for stock though. If you’re a street photographer keeping the pictures for yourself, is totally ok. 😊

I wonder if this is the same for Street photography. My understanding is that if the subject is in public then you don't need a release. Any advice?
