Hey Zero Robotics, first batch of users who received their drone can’t connect phone to drone (especially Android) or see the gallery. Hope this to be fixed soon
I have Max Pro Ski Combo. If i use the beacon, can i set the drone manually higher, lets say 30 meters (behind, on the side, in front of me) and make it follow me (the beacon) from that distance. And if so, how do i do it? Can you send me the link to a video instruction?
Any news on parts? The prop guards don’t protect the props. Mine has been out of action for weeks. Props cant be bought and hover support that promised to send me some, now wont return my messages. I would caution anyone against investing in one until you can be sure consumables are replaceable. Lots of worried customers out here.
Hi Zero Robotic, I have just received my Hover yesterday and activated it and updated the firmware too. But the drone is unable to take off and continue to display error message: Can’t take off. Program abnormal, please restart. Despite numerous trying and ensure the camera is always facing me. It won’t take off. It has problem to connect the Joystick as well. It has problem to display Live Camera view on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. , thought it shows its connect to drone. There are soooo many problem for me. I have not get any respond from the Hover Support. It’s horrible experience for every quality you provide. I demand for Full Refund !! I should choose DJI !!!!

I'm unable to remove the built in lens cover to use the ND filters. This video suggests it slides off easily, but I apply so much pressure, I'm afraid I'm going to break it... and it still doesn't slide off.
Update: Using an Exacto knife, I gently worked the point and thin edge of the blade back and forth under the front and back seams of the install frame. This was enough to break the seal and allow me to push it off as shown in this video.

Got my Promax last week and the phone connection is rubbish on iOS! I used it around 10 times and it still says I’ve only flown 1 out of the 5 times required for manual flight using the phone!? Why does it require a phone signal to connect? if your out in mountains/forests phone signal isn’t going to be good! You need to change this asap! It shouldn’t need a phone signal to connect to your phone!🤷🏼♂️ that said it is impressive but you really need to get the software right if your hoping to get a bit of the DJI market! I’ve had a lot of DJI’s drones and this was the first non DJI one I decided to take a chance on! Don’t mess it up!😏
This video is cute but it's not actually a tutorial for customers who have bought one, it's an extended sales video for someone thinking of buying one. I really need a more in-depth tutorial for getting to know the one I have already bought.
Still way too many questions in the air and one month left for shipping the units. Seriously, you should unveil EVERY single spec of the drone before closing the campaign. We don't even know the very basics. Like how good the obstacle detection is on the Pro, considering there's an extra-sensor on the Max for "higher accuracy". That doesn't sound right.
This isn't no-name because this company invented this subcategory, whereas DJI copied them. Also, I think you're wrong on the DJI pricing, in fact I know you are because it doesn't include everything. It's only $199 if you already have a full DJI kit of accessories from owning their other drones.

it is light so inertia can not damage it. otherwise keep it in the charging box or a bag.

Please provide a polarizing filter, which I use all the time on my drones. I rarely use ND filters.
