    Two 'tiny habits" that I do is 1)take out my gym or yoga clothes the night before, so in the morning I see them when I get up and that motivates me to get dressed and head out to my fitness center and 2) Often I do not feel like practicing scales on my keyboard so I will do a "tiny habit" of just flipping on the keyboard and then either make breakfast or open mail etc... but when I walk by the keyboard and it is on, I usually go and sit down and begin some sort of practice! 👍😀

    You change best by feeling good first, not through repetition. Information does not change behaviour emotion does

    So he said to start a habit you have to be happy in the beggining of doing the action or at the end of doing the action?

    Guys, a strange question: how to make a habit to read a book with difficult unreal termins and phrases, like scientific or smth? Like you know really difficult to read books T T

    • @danpenia219
      @danpenia219 4 роки тому +1

      Start tiny, read a page a day after doing something you always do.
      For example: After having breakfast I will read one page of that book (and try to understand it, google the scientifict terms and so on) and then I will congratulate myself "I'm proud of you" and allow myself to feel great.
      Then you can grow the habit once you are comfortable. From one page to two pages and so on...

      You could also complement the above by making a jargon dictionary.
