Hi Tim and Barbara, I really enjoy watching your videos. I live in Russellville now. I have relatives buried all over northwest Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma. I grew up near Ozark. That’s a pretty little reservoir. I don’t drive very far due to issues with my eyes. It’s nice to visit these places though your travels. Thanks for sharing your adventures with us! ❤Brenda P❤
This is what my Parents use to do back when he retired and even before when I was a kid check out all our Family Cemeteries all over the Northern part of the State. Only one on mom's side was my Great Great Grandfather buried in Oakland Cemetery in Camden Ar Pleasant Robinson who died from injuries in the Battle of Poison Creek over wagon loads of corn.
I did a look up on Find a grave and Roxie is buried at Sarcoxie Missouri which is about 45 minutes south and west of where I live. She had 7 children total. She married James when she was 16. Find a grave has the baby Wiley listed and also another son named Wiley who lived to be 70. I think this is an error on Find A Grave as it shows his date of birth as the same year as the baby, 1905. I had thought possible twins, but it's hard to imagine her naming them both Wiley. (They do have different middle initials.) The baby has his exact date of birth, month and day and the other Wiley just has 1905, so I really feel like it's an error. Anyway, at least Roxie did have other children. I believe, if I remember correctly, it said that she was born in Michigan. It would have been tough for her to provide for her children by herself after the death of her husband. Maybe since James was quite a bit older, he had managed to make a good living and there was some money from his estate that helped her for at least a while.
Such a sad story 😞 people had it pretty rough.
Thank you.

How heartbreaking for Roxie Bodine. I hope she was able to have some good memories as life went on.
