Some were for show. Our normal pulls are weight for weight with DOT tires. No slick or slick compound.
Is their a site that has rules for tug competitions?

It's hardly fair putting Rockwell trucks vs stock street trucks the rockwells will win every time they need to put street trucks vs street truck and Rockwell trucks vs other Rockwell trucks then the battle will be more interesting nobody wants an easy no contest win
Why can't they use slicks, it seems you never see wt. match ups or hitch heights for regulations, none of it seems fair
they have weight classes, hitch height rules and tire restrictions depending on the event
Make a wt. class and stick too it. Just make the trucks equal in wt.

1:30 Man i'd have been insulted. I would have sat there with the brake on no power BEGGING that ford to try to pull my truck and only after i was sure it broke or the clock was running down would i have hit the gas.
