Journalling is by far the best way to reduce stress, and a whole can of worms besides. Journalling is very healthy, and an entry every day will help ground you and, keep you from over-thinking those dangerous negative thoughts. During my medical years onboard ship, journalling kept me sane. It also helped towards getting trained for my helicopter piloting test. You are doing exceptionally well, Emma. Of course it's natural to have self-doubts, but you're more stronger emotionally than perhaps you give yourself credit for. Every other day I pray for you and for Sienna to stay safe, healthy and get through your college life. Take good care of yourself, and may God be with you in all that you do. Wendi

I've watched a lot of vlogs of different people and all of them go do their skincare first thing after waking up and making their bed. I personaly do my skincare after breakfast and my skin looks the most healthy/calm in the mornings before washing it.
