I think the game is a lot more mature and makes a lot more sense than before. However, the dev really needs to work on bots and sub transfer more streamlined for single player experience. This game is giving us a lot less resources, become more micro managed, less methods to cheese... Etc the smarter bots become a lot more important
Agreed, it hard to manage so many bots, especially on the larger ships! Although to be fair, i don't think they ever intended there to be a single player experience, it's always more fun with friends ;)

Throw every fuel rod beside the one on the reactor and husk treatment outside the airlock, rewire the airlock so that no one can escape, take some husk egg before hand and the moment the reactor is about to go dark, if you arent completely husk yet, make sure you are. Then sit back and watch as chaos ensue
A crew weapons guide would be pretty good. Lots of us on our craft struggle with using things like grenades and the like, and getting a good idea on when to use these things would be nice. Love the videos, keep it up!
Brand new to Barotrauma, a series with a class specific focus would be incredible. Just stumbled upon your content and it’s been super helpful. Subscribed 🤙
I really love the camel as a starting ship, I use it to mine and stock up on resources before venturing deeper and then I still use it as a storage for stuff that I don't want to sell but don't have room for in my sub.
Extremely excited for this update. I like the theories behind the sub changes but I’m a little sad that in order to finish my friends and I have to get a ship that is way bigger than we are able to maintain. I’d love a vanilla sub that is 3-5man sized (Humpback for example) that can potentially get to the end. Transferring loot is a pain. Also, don’t get too deep into the game and accidentally change to a lower tier sub. As soon as you undock your sub will crush and sink and you won’t be able to dock again.
Oh yeah, but it should still show the warning icons on the map. (Assuming you save & quit before undocking) Loot transfer has been made easier by a lot. (You still need to sort the stuff in the new sub, but its just a checkbox on switching to get all material over with you.)
Glad they fixed the ladder issue. Some vanilla subs you could not repair the docking port without it being flooded or being on the outside. Now we don't have to sink to be able to keep the port in good condition.
Love the game so much! Got everyone at my workplace to play it and it was hilarious to watch everyone frantically do their jobs. My only complaint is the campaign. Specifically, the other factions. Sure they play a minor role in specific outpost related events but I thought they’d make more of an impact. Like maybe send a ship if your reputation is too low to attack you/patrol around? Perhaps the Husk factions hates you more each time you kill a fellow Husk? Whatever ideas they have, I hope it comes soon. Otherwise, just keep doin it all for Europa 🤣🤣

@@tralalakk That's what we just did with friends, we got the Humpback days prior to the update, and we were nearing crush depths whenever we wanted to progress. Obviously a 4/5 men crew can't maintain a 7/15 crew ship by themselves (I know about bots, but we want to do it on our own), so we were getting kind of soft locked. We just loaded the Humpback and edited it to Tier 3, gave ourselves some cash to put the same turrets we had on the previous ones and there you go Overall I feel the tier system is something they should get rid of
Ahem, the mechanic's perk called "Iron Storm" in the "Scrapper" specialisation allows you to upgrade tier 1 and 2 submarines as if they were tier 3. Did that to my BAR-SUK and now I'm almost in the end of a campaign. Had to put somewhere about 150,000 marks to max out everything, but you know, beating endworms with tier 1 sub brings a feel of challenge and fun :)
Camel is very good, on a new campaign , i managed to get a full crew of 3 med, 3 security, 3 mech, 3 engis and our boy artie in the ice cave, althought i suffered radiation a lot

Question :- Do the Endocrime booster gives all 15 talents to a single crewmate or is there a limitation ? Also,think we can expect more in-depth guides ? Like a Guide dedicated for the Talents for each classes and so forth.That would be insanely useful.

I wished the ammo is more balanced and, for example, focused could take the pvp spot because of its reduced shrapnel count. There's no point of using anything but explosive for flak

I really despise the tier system. Part of the fun was being able to use whatever sub you liked, felt familiar to, and suit you and your team… Now that isn’t the case and you’re locked into a linear progression. If they don’t fix this, I can see myself falling out of playing Baro.

If you're willing to go through the bother, you can do some file editing and change a tier-1 sub to a tier-3.

I feel like the flak cannon should fire rounds that explode right before it hits it target, like how flak cannons worked in WW2.
it sort of does, the hit boxes for all monsters are slightly diffrently
