Compressor is fixed, nail gun is healthy, weather is awesome and a helper “come lately”......let the games begin! I am looking forward to another build.
It is an unsaid rule in framing when two or more houses are built next to each other on who can build it the cleanest and quickest. Speed usually causes people to cut more corners then they normally would.
Dude....it's only day one and I'm already stressing out over the race... lol. Just don't rush the quality over bragging rights. Keep up the great work!
yes,I am also a retired carpenter and it is nice watching other people work, but as you probably know is that you still have to keep moving even after retirement...take care.
Your helper better be on time every day, because he's got 67 thousand people to answer to now ;O). Have fun with the challenge sir, I'm sure you'll decimate the other crews. Take care, and have a great day.
The help showing up late just goes to show why he likes working alone. Don't have to depend on anyone and you aren't stuck waiting on someone else so you can get the job done
after 1 and 1/2 days crazy framer 1fst, no shame ,thanks to Greg he seems to be good, Québec framer here, i realy like these series, Framing Playoff are ON, TCF in 14-16 days LOL. prety nice work TCF
Nail gun with a hose? I'm still using them. Good to see you have help on this one. Specially with the 2 other crews along side you. Should be fun to watch. Suspenders are your friend. Also like the Duluth Trading Clothing brands for work.
Those builds are so close together it's hard to tell what crew is where Although this is going to be fun to watch...Don't let speed become a priority over safety, especially for your helper.(but I'm sure you know that)
If I lived in Canada I would help you 5years framing exp (I'm only 22) and I show up on time 😂😂. But in all seriousness I hope you do well and you win the race!
nobody cares how old you are. im a 25 year old welder and i know 17 year olds that weld better than me but they have the mental capacity of a brick wall so im still paid more :)
😂😂😂 sounds like in 3 years nobody's gunna care about you because all those people that are younger and better then you at your job are going to surpass you and your shitty attitude and exp. Then you will be gettin told what to do by people younger then you throughout your life lol.
If the helper comes late - he‘ll have to read all the comments and see how many people care about being late at work. You gotta support CF! So come early next time! Enjoy your beer
j0lambert tablet was wondering bc he doesn’t have anything of the heavy equipments to pay for and to kinda beat others for the jobs. He does much better work than most I’ve seen here in the states. He actually goes the extra steps for those who follow him.
аралтан манджиев straps are under the wooden ladder in the concrete so when they are hanger nailed to the rim board and the tomb board is nailed To the joists and toe nails to the ladder on the buck as well it all hold it ok
Im currently in high school and this is my dream job for the future, but I’m honestly scared that I’m not gonna be able to do this because everything just looks so confusing 😕 any tips??
I might be wrong but I believe that is a Duofast. We use Hitachi stick and coil framers. We have the models that were still made in Japan. They last a mighty long time.
@@briancrisler6660 That is the mastercraft one that goes on sale every couple months. That blue and the white Mastercraft on the side gives it away. I paid $110 for mine...the sales vary the price but I haven't seen it at $99 for a long time.
@@dh66 Cool, thanks for the info. I have never heard of Mastercraft. The only blue guns that I have seen are the Duofast nailers. We used Senco in the early 90's then switched to a combination of Max and Hitachi and finally exclusively Hitachi. They are some tough guns.

I’m usually never sick but I am today Just laying here listening to you & your nail gun is soothing!!❤
Season 3 "The battle of the framers" 😉😂😂👍
Love the race. Too bad about the memory card. I love the fixed camera and just watching the entire process.
I actually really like when he works with the camera on him. POV makes you see what he sees
Agreed, point of view is much better, to see the details!
This is something different. Love to see how the race will go. Best of luck!
Who ever your helper is ,he is just one lucky fellow 'cause he is doing to learn form the best. Greetings from chicago

Say hi from your viewers to your helper and the other crews. Now I"m pretty much retired, it's great watching other people work!

Its crazy how close they build the houses together up there wow!!
Ditto
here in NY in Queens its just like this, some houses even closer, about 36" apart. Like a hallway.
This is gonna be an exciting series, I cant wait for the next videos!
Get a bigger memory card. I love hearing that nail gun in action. It's good to see you back in action again! #TCF
The help showing up late just goes to show why he likes working alone. Don't have to depend on anyone and you aren't stuck waiting on someone else so you can get the job done
Glad to see you back in the pneumatic nailers! Haha love the vids!
First pre-built walls and now a helper! What's this world coming to? Lol! It's nice to have a little help every now and then. Glad to see you're back.
Next he's just going to just place a modular home on a pad and call it done :D
Welcome back! This will be fun to watch. To CF helper, don't be late!
Man this is gonna be a good one . I got a 3 man crew and we race my cousins 6 man crew all the time. We always kick there ass lol !
Coolest this is very exciting but you are always a champ buddy, finally with the helper.
Nice to see you again, greetings from FIN
Game of Framers 🍻
Love the side by side with other crews
New compressor, nail gun and ladder?? You spending beer money?
he needs a new belt next
@@Archey6 looks like hes retired the kunnys.

See. Thats what i like about CF he don't play he earn his beers!!!🍺🍺🍺👍
Stats not fair, the guys with the walls have 4 people. 2 times the work. Still y'all in the race!
You got this! You’ll win this race
Little Competition, should be fun. Have my money on you‼️👍💰 Vinny 🇺🇸
I'm too happy, I looked forward to it!
Oh snap the race is on!!
Helper!!? Won't he just slow you down. I never had a framer that moved as fast as you.
How many framers have you "had"?
So the crews are based of carpenter and helper on all crews !!!!! This going to be quick builds . like it 👍👍🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺
I was hoping the helper didn't get fired before he showed up.
Season 10, Framing World Championship
I was HVAC and loved this stuff, sometimes a few good crews could cover a lot of ground. Hey be safe and It’s Time for a Beer 🍻
This is gonna be a good one
Working through lunch break:)
Looks fun!
Only one basement window ?
Those builds are so close together it's hard to tell what crew is where

Noticed you dumped the Paslode; what are you working with now?
This is gonna be good
Crazy Framer - 1-, competition 0. Nice job.
If you're early you're on time, if you're on time you're late, and if you're late you're fired.
Is that why he works alone, because everyone keeps getting fired for showing up to work?
mobbdaily you're not lying that is exactly how I run my company do not deal with people being late to work
And if you fall, you're fired before you hit the ground!!!
And if you fall off the ladder your fired before you hit the ground.
unless your so good to make up for it
Love your vids, your work, and insight mate. What's your favorite beer?
A. It's time for "A" beer!
UFC - Ultimate Framing Championship

Enjoy your beer
If you could only put some stop work stickers on the other two houses, to slow them down.
Fricken love it!
Love watching these vids
Dudes a beast
Well shit dude. I’ll help you race. I probably shoot as fast as you do in the time lapse and I’d love to have some fun building a house.
What pouch are you wearing in this video? Framer in bc I am
Drug your air hose back out. Shit just got real. I remember you having that paslode PF before. What are you using now?
Question: Why did your floor joists span the long way? The other two had them on the short span. Seems like the better way to go.
Different models and floor plans.
You the man.
Why don't they pour the basement floor before framing?
About how much the builders charge per square up there?
Well since you’re by yourself. Do you charge a little less?
Hell naw
Why? The amount of work stays the same.
Yeah but you charge more for being a top gun.

aw shit the crazy boi has the air nailer! LOOK OUT!
Awesome, as usual! :]
hey glad to see your trying to kick arse. Q. have you ever heard of Tstuds?
Construction sounds in the background are way better than music
Okay I like this one so who you think going to win
Racing to build a house. Rushing is always bad.
A bit of competition is good, just be safe!
I wanna know what happened to your corded paslode?
I've got a helper but he is still not here
what about the basement floor, is it just dirt, or will it be poured later ??
It will be poured after the plumbers install the pipes for the basement bathroom.
@@Thecrazyframer , nice thank you :-)
How does strapping hold the floor from lift up? Via rim boards?
аралтан манджиев straps are under the wooden ladder in the concrete so when they are hanger nailed to the rim board and the tomb board is nailed
To the joists and toe nails to the ladder on the buck as well it all hold it ok
No land in Canada, just build on top of each other
Safety is key.
Just start sabotaging them after you’ve got a few beers in ya. Nothing major, just enough to be a pain in the ass come inspection time.
It is fucking unreal how fast some people can frame a house. How many people are on each crew man?
Im currently in high school and this is my dream job for the future, but I’m honestly scared that I’m not gonna be able to do this because everything just looks so confusing 😕 any tips??
nice
duuuuude ... where the ef are ya
dude get some suspenders for them pouches
I miss you make when you frame a house by yourself
I go a week without watching your videos just so I can watch them back to back is there any way you could make them a little bit longer?
Alright wtf kind of movie magic did u just pull to have those two lvls just sit on top of that 2x4
What nail gun is that

What is the collective noun for a bunch of crazy framers? 🤔
A gaggle.
Your links arn't workin there bud

i got a hundy on CF for the win!
Be honest, the helper showed up late to give the other framers a chance right?

A race... Hmmm... You'll have to work more than a half day each day haha
Thank God for nail guns
Day 2: framing olympics
CF. There it go a race now that sound more like ur thing?????? A case of 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🤞🤞
