In 2005, Tom won the British Young Carpers Championships, which lead to him finding a career in Carp Fishing.
In his early teens, Tom cut his teeth fishing on the famous Walthamstow complex of lakes in East London, a venue he acknowledges, as his Carp fishing learning ground.
Following this, he fished Essex Big fish water, “ The Essex Manor. ” It was here that he caught his present personal best Carp known as “ The Amphibian aka Annie“ at 57lb 5oz.
Today he continues to educate and inspire anglers, due to his extensive Carp Angling experience and abilities.

Got to comment, at the end of the Cassien prog you put up a memorial to Alan Taylor. Thanks guys I worked with Alan in the 80’s he was always sciving off for weeks in France carping. He got me into carp fishing and gave me a set of Optonics which I still have and work today. He used methods back then that are still used today. Great programmes.

Dovey has really growing in conference with korda over the last few years, looking fwd to the next monster carp, great guy, happy ccrimbo guy's at korda.
Remember having Tom on the swim behind me on St John's at linear, he must have been about 15 and he was pulling em out one after another, the guy definitely has natural talent 👍

I've always believed in the power of the moon phases... I've had it proved time and time again. I mentioned this to Steve Briggs and Simon Crowe when I saw they had footage of full moons in a couple of their videos. Oddly enough, neither of them are convinced there is anything in it... I guess we will never know 100% if there is anything in it but I personally believe there is...
First time I've heard of it, i'm intrigued can you explain what it is and how it works please.
