  • I visited Udaipur in Rajasthan and was instantly blown away by the beauty and calmness of the city, I visited the famous city palace aswell as spoke to locals and bought some items on the way. Whilst it was extremely hot I still had a great day and can't wait to visit again.

    In india temples were not built for religious purposes, they were highly energized tools build for human wellness. Temples are found deliberately at a place where the positive energy is available abundantly from the magnetic and electric wave conveyances of north/south post push. The idol of deity is set in the core center of the temple, known as Grabhagriha. Ideally, the structure of the temple is built after the idol has been placed in a high positive wave centric place. In olden days, temples were built in such a way that the floor at the center of the temple were good conductors of these positive vibrations allowing them to pass through our feet to the body. Hence it is necessary to walk barefooted while you enter the center of the temple. The Five senses of the body get activated when you are inside the temple if the positive energy inside the temple is absorbed properly that is only if you ensure that all the five senses ie sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell are activated in your body while in the temple. The entire art of building temples is not just a mere art; it is a science. Every single facet of it - from the size of the idol to the directions and the sanctum- yes! Temple architecture is a highly developed science.
    If you look into the ancient past of India and its temples it reveals the fundamental science and purpose behind temple building. Far from being a place of prayer or worship, temples were created as powerful spaces where an individual could imbibe the enshrined energies. Most temples were created to address a particular aspect of life and were thus consecrated to activate one or two particular chakras, the main energy centers within the human system.
    it is also said that spiritual persons do not need to visit the temples as they have self charging mechanism. unfortunately in most part of India in ancient temples have been destroyed by invaders and the temple building science has been mostly lost because of nearly 1000 years of foreign rule. but if you go to an ancient Temple at least 900 years old in South India and sit near Grabhagriha you will feel the the positive energy.

    it's unique in so many ways because local rulers never bowed down to delhi sultanate and Mughal empire until British arrived also their lineage existed for almost 1500 years more than any other royalty of india.. they are unique and culture and art
    you will find one of the oldest temples and architecture of india here untouched by outer powers...

    As you said the doors are little short in city palace. The main reason Behind building short doors and narrow passages is to defend the main building from entrance of enemies with large weapons. So in congested passages and narrow doors enemy won't be able to attack the palace with full flege. (Pretty smart strategic planning right)

    LEELA is my Grandmother Name .
    It's from SATYANARANYAN BHAGAWAN Story.
    Leela ( Sanskrit: लीला līlā) or leela can be loosely translated as "divine play". The concept of lila is common to both non-dualist and dualist philosophical schools of Indian philosophy, but has a markedly different significance in each.

    The doors at forts and palaces are short because it is believed that any person passing through the doors should bow Before the king before entering.
    It is also for security purpose, the invader has to bow at the door and his neck can be chopped off.

  • @trashhy4997
    @trashhy4997 2 роки тому +1

    Hey Harry! The doorways in the fort were made short for a reason. In case of any enemy attack, the enemy would've to crouch in order to enter the room, thus making them vulnerable, as they couldn't use their weapons while crouching. Also, the kings at that time were usually 7-8 ft tall. Loved the vid!
