The 2026 class is HUGE for Ohio with in state talent. 4 big time O-lineman, a top 15 overall CB and another top 50 and much more. It’s a real show me year. The faithful are not pleased losing 3 top guys in 2025. And yes we still (most of us) consider Brew one of ours. His mom is in the Ohio State track and field hall of fame
I think covid is a big reason that recruiting has become more national. People are more comfortable with video chat than before. This allows players to stay connected to their families when they choose a school fast from home.

If Ohio State loses McNutt, and I agree with Max that he will, then Ohio State has done abysmal in state. 3/6 top targets. I have no idea why Mick thinks they’ve done well. Dorian is no flip risk at all.
Nah not really Brew is a luxury 3rd CB who is more of an athlete than a polished CB like the 2 OSU has in the boat and Brew knew that and didn't want to be a 3rd CB he wanted to be the #1 in a class and the funny thing is if Oregon gets another top CB like Pickett he's going to be in the same position and probably flip elsewhere he's the type of kid to pick up his ball and go home if he doesn't get his way as we have seen multiple examples like him abandoning his team without telling anyone and moving to Texas because another player was doing better than him.Justin Hill was not a schematic fit for OSU and they already have 3 other DE in the boat who are so like Brew Hill is just a luxury athlete. And there's also the big thing his family is all about Alabama they aren't lifelong OSU fans like most in Ohio. And it's not looking good for McNutt but if he wants to not follow his dad and make his own way what exactly can you do about that lol? Plus they got 3 Safety's in the boat including the best in the country in my opinion and Hadadd will end up the best Safety in Ohio on the field. I would not trade Tavien for all 3 of the misses combined or Bo Jackson .
