      lol that’d be great. Though I need a handful of Xanax for the anxiety of handling one.

    I did order a Custom 163T. Master top, 5A back and sides. Torrified....Ultimate pack..to make it Purdy. With The Koa Bindings. Abolone trim....The works. Cannot wait to see this , much more important..The Sound, tone, quality. A dream Guitar. They are on to something here. Yes the traditional, guys.. Rosewood, mahogany, Koa. We will see tones.

    I’m not sure if it’s partly the microphone loving the maple, but I don’t think I’ve ever heard anything sound like that. It would be an absolute beast for recording.

    Hey J.P. I have a question....Have you tried the Blueridge guitar? I have a Blueridge BR160 and it is an awesome guitar. I played several Martins and actually traded in my Taylor for this $1150 guitar. The store had a D41 and I played it also just for kicks and I'm telling you the Blueridge came very close to it. It is also a beautiful guitar. If you've never played one try to get your hands on one. That Boucher Maple is downright dreamy sounding! Thanks for a great channel!

    Beautiful sounding guitar Robin. Youve smashed it again. Id like to see you torifie other back and sides like oh, say Cocobolo. Now that would be an interesting comparison. Happy New years guys.🍻🍻

    My father started me on a Gibson J200 at the age of five in 1959. He said the guitar was one of three or four that they produced by hand before they started production of the J200. Not sure what year that would have been.

    Haven't heard a jumbo that sounds as big as that one. It'd definitely got some extra body to a dreadnought. Amazing sound.

      @martifingers 5 місяців тому +1

      Absolutely... but equally JP's playing hinted at how very sweetly it handled soft dynamics. One of the world's great guitars I think.

    Now thats how a jumbo should sound no restrictions on what it can do just big an loud an nothing but tone!!! make a left handed one please im ready to argue with the wife over this purchase.

    If you can mesmerize JP via one strum...then that is a WHALE of a guitar. The guy has played them all (and well I might add!) but he just goes to la la land after the first strum! What an instrument!

    First of all congratulations on this incredible accomplishment of bending torrified maple. Amazing. I'm certain there are thousands of us asking ourselves many questions?
    Let me start the questions on behalf of the like minded; 1. How would we mortals repair a crack or puncture of this torrified maple? 2. Are there precautions to be taken when doing things like adding a tail-pin jack for after market pickups? 3. Are there precautions or recommendations for gluing braces?

    I had a Gibson SJ 200 and the Boucher is by far a superior instrument ! Robin has taken guitar making to the next level and I don't think that Martin, Gibson or Taylor will ever catch up! You are a MASTER Robin!!!
