It probably was a SynthV file rendered and put into neuros RVC voice changer. Too clean to be using the original version as a base, and neuro's voice isn't a synth on its own.

This doesnt sound artificial enough. The abrupt pitch changes are a part of the song but neuro is smoothing it probably to sound more human. This seems to be common in songs from vocaloid composers that it is supposed to sound different from natural singing
