Most of the time, influencers get away with it cause the people they copy from usually have a history of copying here and there under the name of "following trends" so when their content gets stolen they feel like they can't speak up. Influencers take advantage of this cause someone won't risk being exposed while exposing others.
I would say there’s probably no legal standing that the original creators would have against Yuyi. The best thing they can probably do is keep their fans informed, block her, and if she does have any sponsors, make sure the sponsors are aware that she’s making fake and stolen content.
Reminds me how Sniper wolf copied Azzyland from head to toe and later bashed Azzy of Copying her. Seems like that influencer is stealing multiple girl's content to grow. I mean we can clearly see the resemblance! Not only clothes, but expressions as well...
It's a great thing that I know all the original creators but never saw this content stealer. It's a shame these big platforms don't ban plagiarised content.
