RODE NT-USB vs Auna 900B microphone TEST

There are a lot of good microphones out there and these 2 mics are pretty different but non the less good for a test.

The Auna sounds much better imo. I use the Rode on work and I'm not that impressed - this video confirms it for me. I was thinking about the Auna or the Blue Yeti for a home setup. Thanks for your comparison! Really helps.

It would be better to watch a video with singing or instruments recording to see if the auna is better or even as good as the rode, because a spoken voice uses a very small range of frequencies and has little dynamic. This video is a partial test, but we dont hear much actually

@@angelinamartinez3210 depends on your usecase. I was interested in doing podcasts as well as streaming and read often about the Auna and Rode (and Blue Yeti) as recommendation for that. There will never be any singing or instruments in my case. So for me, it was a perfect test.

@@KiryiMONZTA But your voice has not the same tone, not the same colour, not the same dynamic range as him....That's why a mic can sound great with a voice, and terrible with another. So the best thing to do is to try it. If you can't try, it's cool to find good reviews with different type of recordings, even if you wont use the same sources, you can compare the quality of 2 mics with more depth and accuracy. I find very misleading this test because it's too limited and short.

Both Yeti and Auna are bad. Get an AT2020.

Yeah it's defenitely a good mic, but without pop filter is pretty bad having it close.
