Hi Fellow Sassy. The lash booster is everything!!!! I will not ever be without it again. I'm a natural blond and it makes it easier for the mascara to find the blond lashes left behind!! Also the lash booster prevents mascara flakes and clumps. Sure keeps the lashes feeling soft and natural whilst giving wide-open eyes. Thank you for sharing. Have a blessed day!

Lancôme mascara is one of my very few remaining vices. Most formulas are winners, but it's the brushes that do it for me. They are incredibly well engineered, the best by far in the inner corners.
To be fair, you have incredible lashes naturally.

Thank you for the demo. I personally don't buy high end mascara because of how short lived mascaras are in general due to bacteria. Drug stores have competing options these days like maybelline and loreal. That said, it ok to splurge on one once in a while just to feel luxurious 😆
You can always get samples of "luxurious" mascaras as well if your concerned about bacteria or wait till they go practically half off during Ulta sale days like they just had. They don't break the bank.

Lancome has amazing makeup! I feel that they're totally under-appreciated in the makeup world! I might have to try Idole. Although I'm always afraid to stray from my Thrive Causemetics mascara...but this demo might've convinced me 🥰
Yes! I've been obsessed with Lancôme's mascaras for years now. Définicils and the Cils booster primer were my go-tos until Idôle was released. Now that one is my daily mascara lol. I love both for how natural and clean they look, without having clumps or fall out.
Lancome should pay you, I bought the Lash Idole mascara based on your recommendation alone (and before your video I didn't even know that it existed! I wasn't even planning on buying a new mascara... lol, Maria, you hold such power XD). It's my first Lancome buy and I loved it, no clumps in sight! You're awesome :) Always honest with your reviews!!! I would trust your opinion in a heartbeat haha

I have used Definicils since I was in high school! I have loved Lancome products since High school! Truly high quality! Love love love them! Good choices Maria! Btw, I'm 46 now if that gives you any inclination of how long I've used their products...

L’Oreal eyelash primer in the white tube ($8) is phenomenal. Comparable to, if not better than more expensive ones.

You're blessed with long lashes. I am not and my bottom lashes are practically non-existent. I always use lash primer but buy the L'Oreal as Lancome owns L'Oreal and the products are the same, with the L'Oreal being a third of the price of the Lancome product. The primer really does make a difference for me. I do really like the Lancome Monsieur Big mascara.

Also I totally agree with you about separation being important for mascara. I love when the mascara wand is plastic and provides that length and separation.

Would you do a vid on comparing those expensive products to the really cheap ones? I use Covergirl mascara and I'd be really interested to know how it compares to a product like Lancome.
Hypnôse is my all-time favourite mascara and I've been buying it for years! I've also tried Lancome's Monsieur Big Mascara - it's even more dramatic than Hypnôse (can be more clumpy and spidery) but great it you like EXTRA dramatic natural lashes. I don't think you'd like it considering your preferences here 😝 but a must try for anyone who doesn't like falsies but wants strong lashes for a night time look!
Winky lux has a 'so extra' mascara that is AMAZING. around 19 dollars so still pricey for mascara, but a bit cheaper than the high end mascaras and it's one of the only ones I've found that does not irritate my very sensitive eyes.

You should check out Roller Girl mascara from Benefit- separation for days and it's similarly versatile for day/night depending on # of coats. Personally my style is more high drama lashes all the time, so right now I'm really into Maybelline's Sky High mascara and Falsies Push-Up mascara, for the other drama Queens out there. Layer them together and you're ready for your Vegas showgirl debut. Or trip to CVS, whatever.

I have a question. I may can locate the video u did on it but maybe u will see this. U did a video on ur nails and you use a nail Harder and u said it made ur nails grow. I have tried others from Sally's and Walmart but none of them help my nails grow nor stops breakage. ANYWAY this makeup video made me remember to ask. BTW UR EYES ARE BEAUTIFUL.

Have you tried Monsieur Big? I feel like it's the only Lancome mascara that gives me any volume at all.
In my experience it has weighed my lashes down and created a little down curtain effect.
I am alaska native and have "down turned" lashes (probably) compared to these European lashes, no offense Maria =0

You should try a lash curler before applying the mascara, it makes such a enormous difference! The one from Shiseido is one of the best.
