The handling, car models and customization with first person animations really need work but I think they have a pretty good and solid foundation to start off

JDM Means Japanese Domestic Market, Cars that where made for the Japanese Market and Right Hand Drive.
US also has a Domestic Market, it's called USDM, Cars that were made for the US Market and Left Hand Drive.

The corner zone mechanic is actually very good. Imagine if other racing games had this as a drifting "event" instead of just mashing the throttle and countersteering to collect points.
I Really hope they have the 300ZX in the full game would love to spec out my irl car in game :)

I have a pretty mixed setup with different parts and DIY stuff. I just could not get my setup working properly. Steering was off no matter what I did. I hope to try if it gets a few updates.

Forza Horizon is more turned for Arcade style, so they will never have the full Wheel rotation i believe.
