Two pizzas with 12 slices each so 3 more slices total, 8 corners instead of 4, 20 slices with crust to 16, and only 4 interior pieces to 5. Pizza Pizza was also upgraded so it was 2 two-topping pizzas for $8.98 like usual plus another 2 topping pizza for an extra dollar (Pizza for a buck) which actually was an ever better deal than Big Big Cheese IMO.

Worked my way through college at Pizza Hut. When this came out it was such a garbage product people would bring it back and scream at the managers. One customer threw it at a manager and she burst into tears and walked out, never to return. I was promoted on the spot but refused. Made way more money as a delivery driver...
Ahh, those were the days. I remember many an MIT complaining about how us drivers made more money than they did. Not really true anymore with the cost of operating a vehicle, I'm sure, but in those days you could actually make a decent living running pies. I miss it. My favorite was winter time, driving through the snow storms when everyone else was cowered up in their homes ordering pizza with all my windows down and the heat on full blast jamming out to Kate Bush or Human League at full volume and inducing fishtailing around every corner. Sooo much fun! It was a great job back in those days when people tipped and could afford to tip. No idea what pizza delivery is like these days, but back then you always met the most interesting and fascinating characters at that job!

I was in college when this originally ran, and there was a frat house where they bought a bunch of them, and had a contest to see who could eat an entire one, and I watched, but no one actually finished it! Nice, Pizza Hut, finally met the challenge of a bunch of drunk frat guys who pigged out on 2 sq ft of pizza!
This THIS is Pizza Hut's problem...they are to busy trying to figure what cheese crust they can do next or whatever. NO bring back what worked. In 2000 they started freezing dough and shipping it, hence the reason quality has gone to crap and amazing pies like this can no longer be made. Bring back the priazzo, big foot, triple decker, big New Yorker, and the Chicago deep dish. THOSE were big sellers and some of the best pizzas made by the company.
