Hi McKenzie! I work at a grooming salon and when you use slicker brushes (the one you used in the vid) its best to do short quick strokes instead of long ones to prevent the wire bristles from irritating his skin, especially since u mentioned how he doesn't like it-- the long strokes might be uncomfy for him. Just a friendly suggestion, thought I would share! :)

Hi Girl,
I was an avid waxer for so long I had little to no issues with ingrowns. My holy grail was always exfoliating before my wax then maintaining high moisture on the top portion of my bikini. However, once I switched back to shaving I find my hair grows back thicker and I get more ingrown hairs. I just recently went back to my pre wax routine and its helped sooooo much!
- Exfoliate with scrub or gloves (trust me it loosens the hair follicle mixed with warm water helps the hair soften)
- (not nesscarry) but I have been using glycolic acid or which hazel on cotton pad it helps with keeping the skin clean and the hair follicle from getting clogged. This step has been a game changer.
-I always moisturize any where I shave even my bikini line. light oil or lotion helps keep the bikini line from getting dry.
Honestly I still use my wax products as well too just because they are formulated for down there so it won't throw of your PH Balance. European wax has great ones or Ulta :) Hope this helps!
Ps. For Cody try feeding him fresh pet or putting a teaspoon of coconut oil in food it will help with his skin and shedding. It helped my golden so much!!

Loveeeed this vlog!! Regarding the ingrown hair problem, I had the same issue when I switched back to shaving after getting waxed. I ended up getting laser hair removal because the ingrowns and razor bumps became so inconvenient.
