    Pls fuse it as close to the battery as possible. If something were to fail the entire positive wire will be live in the car up to the bluetti breaker. The bluetti breaker is only there to protect their device. You need a fuse to protect the cable.

    Thanks for the video. Very informative! Does the long cable that hooks to the battery come with the charger 1?

      Yes, the wire came with the charger 1. They also sell charger 1 without the wire. Thanks for stopping by and commenting 👍

    Hi Jeff, great video! I was wondering if you know a way to connect this alternator charger and your solar to one xt60 connector in my Anker Powerstation 767. This so i can charge while driving and charge from the solar while camping?

    Is the voltage in which the Charger 1 stops charging adjustable via the BLUETTI App?

    Hey, awesome video, thank you! Given a powerful enough alternator and professionally installed wiring system to support that much power (though not nearly as much power as what people do with custom audio installations), do you know if it'd possible to run two Charger 1s simultaneously, into the same Elite 200 V2 unit (for example), in order to max out the 1000W input? Also, can the Charger 1 charge the car's battery? Cheers!

    I just picked up a charger one. I’m thinking I can use this to charge a regular 24 V LifePo battery with a BMS on the battery. Do you think that would work?

    Getting 52 watts from what ? In the first 5 seconds you made it clear tis was an ad for bluetti

      The intro was showing solar charging. 52 watts from the sun using the same port as the Bluetti Charger 1. Thanks for stopping by and commenting 👍 🙂

    you skipped the part where you charged the allpowers in the app.

      Go to the 07:00 in the video, this is where I make changes in the app for the allpowers unit, since this unit is not specifically listed, I used the custom setting. Thanks for stopping by and commenting 👍

    I'll wait until after the next 2 prime days. It should be down by 100 bucks by then.

    This will kill your Alternator in a shout while

      I was wondering something similar. After researching a little further, the charger 1 isn't supposed to put any added stress on the alternator. Thanks for stopping by and commenting 👍

      i love this idea and waiting to see results of many who will buy this.
      but if youre connecting this item to your battery and supposedly just taking excess energy how would it affect the alternator?

    • @Assoehosselaar
      @Assoehosselaar 15 днів тому +2

      Just lower the voltage if you have a small alternator. You can literally configure it to draw whatever suits your capacity. Besides, its connected to the battery, not to the alternator. So match the voltage to whatever your alternator can charge at while charging the starter battery and youre fine

      It is an investment but a beneficial one, especially if you rely on a power bank. Thanks for stopping by and commenting 👍
