I’ve had the Shark before and now have the Dyson. Between both I prefer the Dyson due to the button placements and it was more convenient to not switch out the barrels. Traveling with both shark barrels was just a bit much more since I liked packing other hair tools too. The Dyson was a bit quieter too. But agree the pricing is a lot but if you wait for Sephora sale, it’s worth it imo!

I love mine! It takes practice and product. Only grab a small section of hair . There are some great videos on how to use it.
