Why??!?? Is my clipboard pasting (sorry didn’t mean to yell lol) ONLY the last item copied. Even if I click to paste other items down the list in the clipboard, it still will paste the top (most recent) item. It’s driving me mad!

I'm on mac and mine doesn't have the label under each section "Clipboard" Font, alignment etc. Don't have the clipboard dialogue box, can anyone help?
