I absolutely love the two actors and I love the change in concept from the other Holmes interpretations, but I do think the writing really needs to improve. The BBC Sherlock is great at showing his brilliance which is something this show is lacking a little. Elementary also show some of Watson's brilliance which I think is good as well. Watson is supposed to be a good doctor not some idiot.

In the early seasons, Jonny Lee Miller was very hard to understand but as this show went on, he got a lot better.

i saw the pilot...it was really really bad...JLM tried but the writing...
