There are many ways and opportunities these days to work your capital into wealth that it can become an unsafe environment. Say mom makes a pie and you cant wait for her to get done. For me if i own 0.0001% of as many ships as i can then u dont have to even bother managing them at all and i cam just scoop my 0.0001% of my cut of the profits if they come. When you get 10 million+ people doing that, it can end up beimg a total chunk of a big ship. Some.guys you might only have 3 total investors.

I've gotten some serious gold nuggets by showing genuine interest and an industrious attitude. I think many men like this are getting into a stage of life where they reached the top of their field and more so just want to give back to the next generation. That's why I recommend every young person that I meet and talk to to practice basic decency and respect. Crazy how far that get's you.

I had a conversation with a super rich dude who owned a business in lending out rare artifacts to educational institutions for their courses. Dude was dressed up to the nines like a whacky business man from the 80’s, but was really humble
NYC city is so fucking cool. I went to graduate school there at a CUNY, and my graduate advisor's son is a well-know comedian and actor. Used to see Tim Robbins on the L train. Taught a class next door to Elliot Spitzer's class. On and on. And I was just a peon there for a minute. I've traveled and lived all over, and nothing compares to NYC.
