Yes... If you don't know what to do for your body GO RUN start from 1 km 2-3 km and 5 km is optimal and 3-4 times a week is good.. If you don't know what to do for your brain/intelligence GO READ start from Chetan novels then self help to biographies and so on.. you will find your stuff.. These two things only, will change yourself..

I used to run longer distances during my younger days. I think i must start running again to come out of depression. I totally agree with you on the benefits of running.

Sir I think you are not merely a great motivational speaker or great author or fitness influencer but you are much more than that for Indian youth!!! I have reduced close to 30 kg. Age 40. From obese to normal weight BMI of 30+ to 24 It has been a long but fruitful journey Mixture of cardio + weights+ strength training + nutritious diet excluding fast food... It requires discipline.... Sunlight & Bhastrika Pranayam (very dynamic yet quite an under rated pranayam) are making some beautiful changes in my life. Bhastrika pranayam increases level of oxygen in our body by many folds and also increases metabolism level thus helping in overall development of mind & body.
