Actually that’s such a good question! I haven’t really noticed which one holds best but I do use leave ins for the most part so idk 🤷🏻♀️ and I’m very heavy handed too so maybe that helps!💕💕
I hate gels. I think we have problems because of our hairtype. And i guess because we don't have long hair like this woman. Longer hair is better in this case. She can easily shake her head in the morning to make her curls come loose again. And she doesn't experience a lot of shrinkage after sleeping with her hair in a pineapple because of the length

I doubt it...its a curly hair no to brush ur hair ...we typically only brush it whn its wet or when laying it flat for hairstyles and things like tht...dry brushing causes frizz

I did transition. I had very heat damaged hair and just kept cutting it a lot at a time until all the damaged ends were gone!
