Click the cube that says "Activate Transparency". If you did your palettes right, the character's background should disappear. If something weird happens, your palette is either not turned on, not the right palette,or the palette is messed up(i.e., missing colors).
When I edited the SFA3 Vega/Balrog, he froze when I tried to do a certain attack (strongest kick, moving forward). He would unfreeze when he got hit. The same thing happened when I merely opened a Vega file. How can I prevent this?

is the fighter factory in your description the same as the one your using cause the one i downloaded wasnt from that link and it had missing files
