Very useful & healthy Exercise tips to manage Parkinson's. Ma'am may I know what is the best time to do this exercise? Is it advisable for patient with Parkinson's to do this exercise before bedtime since she is having a hard time to sleep?

Place your mouse cursor on the bottom of the video.
A tool bar will appear.
Go to the gear icon which is "Settings".and click.
Change "Playback Speed" to ".75".
You have now slowed down the video.
When the video is finished, use the same method to restore the speed to "Normal."

Thank you for the sitting exercise.As a Parkinson patient for 10 years, if it slows down it's speed ,people like me can easily follow.
Could a person with distonia, or movement disorder, do these exercises? I ask because I have both. I do not have Parkinson's that I know of.

Ms. Johnston, I like very much what you teach and do it for Parkinson diagnosed in 2023. Yours is a perfect excersice. My only suggestion would be to eliminate the redundant, repetitive and annoying music. Just your voice, in my opinion, is sufficient and the rest is bothersome and annoying, at least to me. Thanks for your dedication
