I find that the chakras are more like a hydraulic column than a series of distinct wheels/vortices (although they are that, too). So unblocking one will often shift the others.
Hello, I don't know if I have to pay to ask or how else it works. But if it is not uncomfortable for you, could you please make a light language for ancestral shame/ shame about race, heritage and culture and your roots. Undoing internalized colorism. With what is happening in the world right now, there is a lot that has come up and it's hitting all areas. My ancestors are calling out to me to find out who i am and where im fron and be proud of it and I'm afraid to dive deeper into their life and there is a lot of shame that is keeping me from doing so and there doesn't seem to be any other ll or reiki around this topic, maybe because it is so sensitive?
