Energy Healing infused guided meditations for spiritual and physical well being. All videos we create use a combination of Reiki and other energy healing techniques to infuse as much universal love and well being as we can into each video. Some include Solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats or meditation music as well as color therapy, affirmations, chants, chakra healing and guided visualizations to promote the highest vibrational shift and healing within the listener as their Higher Self allows.
For best results please listen when you are most receptive, either lying or sitting down and as often as you wish. Please be aware of your body after listening and make sure you are drinking plenty of water and giving it what it is asking for: more rest, cleaner food, and so on.
