I didnt even know they had a fancy primary school, i went to Castlehill primary that they knocked down a long time ago.
The Grammar School used to be at the top of the town, (the empty building is still there), but they moved it to the old Ayr Academy building when the new campus at Craigie was completed.
Its not called The Grammar its called Ayr Grammar
Why is a new school needed for some kids but others can go into the same building ??
