The *Roll Lock* system (trademarked by 3M) is a type of abrasive disc that features a threaded attachment integrated into the center, allowing the disc to be screwed directly onto the tool's spindle or collet. This system is commonly used in smaller power tools, such as the Bosch GWG 12V-50 S, and allows for quick and secure attachment of the grinding or sanding discs and it is known for its easy-to-use and quick-change mechanism.
Isn't the grip kinda bothering like that? I wonder why they put a clip there, is not like it is actually dangerous if you just push. I hoped to find a cheaper alternative to Mirka but I start to think that nobody created something that practical as their 32mm grinder
The video is about the presentation of the grinder. There are countless grinding wheels on the market and several manufacturers. You need to search on UA-cam.
There is a carbonless motor, and it is true that there is not as much of a drop in speed as with an ordinary cordless sander under load when sanding. This is also due to the electronic control that tries to keep the speed constant. However, I can't judge whether it would be powerful enough for this purpose.
@@Tech-3D Not saying it`s a bad product, but everybody should be able to afford these tools without having to pay extra for batteries. I will probably buy it, but i hope the price will come down a bit.
@@KLartrandM Well back then it had just arrived in the shelves and i think about €300 with the case. I found the product without the case from amazon germany for about €180 but that was the lowest price i could find online. It`s a great little tool but with the added cost of the battery the price becomes a bit over the top. I paid over €100 for the bigger 6 amp battery which will make your tool scream like an angry bee because it has a lot of juice when new. But i have to say, i am superhappy with this tool. I had the gws 12-76 and was in need of a similar device with speed control, then this came along and made everything perfect, but at a cost.
Recommended for polishing plastic as well?
ASMR Grinder bliss! Great, mesmerizing video!
Where did you get the discs from? Can you share the link, if available online?

Any video about the purpose of each of those grinding discs ?

@@Tech-3D I know the video is about the tool not the discs, but I wonder if you have made videos about the discs which I am interested to see.
I wonder if it’s powerful enough to be useful with carbide burrs, for drilling cylinder locks..

Thanks for the answer.. would u say it has same “power” as the GRO 10.8 V-Li? Cause if jts similar then it will be fine i guess..
Do you have any comments after using it? Thanks.
It's really cool. It's not a cheap piece of tool but the ergonomics of the controls, the infinite speed control and the operability of use is amazing.
@@Tech-3D Thanks!
Pro version of Dremel Versa?)
No
Very overpriced.
Maybe yes and maybe no. It is individual.

The manufacturer's idea is that you will buy more tools for the same battery, to lower the average cost for each tool.
