They will be out soonish, but they have been in the large grand wagoner / L models. People who have driven them say the power is good 👍. It is a little lighter than the Hemis its replacing and has great HP and Torque for a 3.0L Turbo Inline-Six. It doesn't sound as good as the V8's.
Are you sure that those new engines arent V6? Theyre twin turbo. Always thought that fiat/stelantis are going to put alfa romeo TTV6 egine to rams. BUT i cant imagine ram 2500 with TT engine. O paper you cant load as much on them as on hemi models.
Yup, it's a 3.0L Inline-Six with two different types : standard output and a high output. The high output is already in the Jeep Grand Wagoner, and people like it a lot so far. We will have to see it it will be long-lasting and reliable. The HO or high output has 510 Hp and 500 pounds of torque.
Maybe it is ok for suv( jeep, durango etc) but i believe it is not suitable for trucks. They should left alone 5,7 and 6,4 for 1500 and heavy rams@@MotorMikeMedia
Know what, im from Poland and i remeber old usa motto "no replacement for displacement". Its damn truth. I personally own 1st gen grand cherokee 5,9 (250k kilometers and still in decent shape) and 1st gen A8 4,2v8. Love both, ill be driving them till wheels fell of or damn EU will ban them from roads.@@MotorMikeMedia

@bartomiejdrozd6334 Yeah, I agree with you! You need a big V8 gas or a diesel for trucks that you will use for work and tow on the regular.
