Hi Charlie, grand walk this one mike and yourself done certainly looked a bit cold on the tops with the wind blowing, but fantastic views, with the clear skies, a very enjoyable video ,
Hi James, You can’t fail in Glencoe when the conditions are like this. You always need a bit of care on the steep ground in the mixed conditions but just great with a sprinkling of snow on the tops. Cheers, Charlie
New to your channel Charlie, cracking vids so far. Looking forward to watching your back catalogue and the new ones. Very inspiring. Take care out there.
Hello, That's always the problem when you get into three figures as you find out your hours travelling are longer than the time walking. No real easy answer, on distant day trips we'll leave 01:00ish and have a few hours sleep in the car or roadside tent before walking. Its all depends on how you can handle that routine. Through the longer days we'll have an overnight in the tent and walk both days to maximise the number of Munros to the gallon. We also have had a walking week in May for years which has been successful in collecting many of the further away Munros. I hope you continue to enjoy the Munro journey as I suspect there are a few you have still to complete that will get into your top six. Enjoy.... Cheers
Amazing views and colours! I was actually going to head up there today and bag the Corbett on the other side of the road, But i had to be somewhere else sadly :((( But watching this makes up for it :)) Been up the big Buachaille a few times and it gets better everytime! All the best you two, peter.
