As far as show is concerned if we're breaking it up the way I mention in my other comment, I think that personally and obviously the classic era is fantastic the Pilots through Hands of Time. Personally I don't care for a ton of the installments during the post movie era of SOG through Crystallized. There's a couple Seasons I really like and a few good moments here and there but personally it's definitely not my favorite era. As for the Dragons Rising era two Banger Seasons back-to-back and honestly top-tier right behind my top favorite Seasons which are a couple from the classic era.
Besides my other long comment to just give my thoughts as far as sets go I personally think that it's pretty difficult to choose between old or new. I mean yes obviously Lego continues to innovate and there was some fantastic new sets but the crazy inflated prices make it hard to always enjoy that and honestly yes some of the new stuff is very Innovative with the way they build, but there is also lots of gems in old sets for interesting building techniques that just aren't used very much anymore. So honestly it's a hard toss-up I don't know that I could pick one side or the other.
Old Ninjago is better when it comes to telling a consistent story and character development I’m an original fan so I also have a soft spot for the old Ninjago sets but it’s really obvious that new Ninjago does them better old Ninjago also has the better intros. So to sum everything up even though I’m enjoying Dragons Rising and can’t wait to see more do to the 11 minute seasons and 4 great seasons aren’t going to beat 10 seasons with 1 mediocre season (season 7) the win goes to old Ninjago.
What is bro saying 11 minutes episodes? Huh and Dragons rising is better at telling a more consitent story and dragons rising has the best characther development

@ I’m not even a pro old Ninjago is better but I’m not going to say 2 seasons bet 10 seasons that’s just not happening yet I believe Dragons Rising Is better than a lot of old seasons but do I think that makes it 100% better than old Ninjago no but I do hope dragons rising surpasses old Ninjago.

And yes I know there will be that one person who says but the real film Arrow technically ended at season 10. I say that the new design changes meant a new era. But honestly as many seasons as we have now honestly you could break Ninjago in to more than more than just old and new eras. Realistically you can have the classic era Piolts through 7, post movie era SOG - Crystalized, and then Dragons Rising Era because here soon there will be 3 installments with obviously more to come. And I think this is a good way to divide the eras up.
I read your comment, but old Ninjago is pilot-season 10 and I personally like to call it the oni trilogy, but I fell you could separate 8-10 and pilot-7 and call pilot-7 the elemental trilogy. 11-16 is slept on and something else is a lot of the old fans tend to hate on new Ninjago for the dumbest reasons.
