Thank You
(धन्यवाद) ...!!
Jo baate kitab me ulza kr batai gai he use sidhi bhasha me sirf aap hi explain karte ho sir 😍
aur jo gyan kitab me nahi he use bhi aap batate ho
Thank you 🙏🏻☺️♥️
Thank You So much ❤️😊
Sir watched ur all welding vdo I understand very well ❤❤❤
Happy to know it 😊
Most welcome anytime.
Must watch Playlist great explanation with deep knowledge one of the best welding explain 😇
Wow, thanks
Amazing👍👍 sir🙏🙏 ji
Such a nice video ever 👍
Thanks 😊
Thanku so much.you are such a wonderful teacher ...... continue...👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thank You so much Anamika for your words 😊
Sir, bohot achhe se samjhate ho.welding techniques, rotation angle topics explain karenge.
Ok... welding techniques par video banaunga jaldi... thank you 😊
Thanks for your response sir.
You will always get my response😊
Thank you for your feedback.
Welding techniques mai lefthand & righthand techniques... right
Yes sir, with electode angle.. in vertical, horizontal, overhead.
Ok.. jaldi provide karunga ye video.
🙂
Great sir.... Thanks for sharing....
You are welcome 😊
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank You
Thank you sir
You're Welcome 😊
Thanks for make this important video so simple and knowledgeable.Ye exam me har baar aata h question ..polytechnic and Btech me bhi.
Thank you Neeraj 😊 💞
@@mechanicalnexus sir please 🙏🙏 ap bahut ache se padhate hi welding ke bare me is tarah pure you tube me koi nhi padhata sir ji welding ke aor bhi topic kra digiye please Mera exam hi please 🙏🙏🙏 NFC KA SIR APKI WAJAH SE MERA 1STAGE NIKAL GYA SIR APSE MOTIVATION MILA THA AB SAB APP PR HI SIR KYOKI ISME SIR KEWAL TECHNICAL QUESTIONS ATE HI
@@gauravbajpai314 thanks aap topic bata sakte hai I will post soon...
@@gauravbajpai314 technical bhi apka jarur niklega... 😊
Very good
Thanks
thank you
Thank you so much 😊
Nice 👍🏻👍🏻
Thank You 😊
Sir welder trade ke mcq chahiye
Mcq will upload soon
Very nice class❤
Thanks
Sir aap se kaise contact koru
I am from Kolkata
@@Surajit609 you can post your doubt here.. I am far from you.. Delhi
Sir mere iti instructor(welder trade) me select hoya... Avi interview hoga kaise preparation karu
Hence it uses non consumable electrode , does any external filler rod is needed ? If not how two work pieces are joined , after getting the weld pool ? by applying pressure ?
Yes...!! External filler rod needed for weld in Atomic Hydrogen Welding.
@@mechanicalnexus thanks for your reply sir
@@krcbr you are welcome 😊
As you said in video that tungusten electrodes are non consumable because their melting point (3400°c) is way higher than wedling temperature ( 2000°c) . But as you said during association of H+ ions the temperature produced is in between (4000°c -5000°c ) , hence this association temperature is way higher than the melting point of tungsten electrode (3400°c) , will this association Temperature effect the electrode ??
@@krcbr dear... Association of hydrogen atoms happened out side the tungsten electrode zone... It mean the 4000-5000 temperature produced outside the arc zone... So tungsten electrode safe 😊
Only dis associated of Hydron is done near tungsten electrode.
Sir pls cover heat flux in all types of welding and welding temprature of all welding such as gas welding has 2500-3500°c temprature and heat flux is very low 100-1000w/cm'2
In atomic hydrogen welding flux is not required because unused hydrogen react with oxygen in air and form water H2O, which is quickly vaporised due to high heat. So H2 act as flux also.
@@mechanicalnexus sir iam talking about values of heat/area in all types of welding like leaser welding has highest heat/area generated 10^8above w/cm^2
I will add the things in upcoming videos.
👍
Sir s/c hardness increase means rapid cooling na and in ferrous material carbon contain increase krna but how to increase s/c hardness with the help of hydrogen atom welding because there is neither carbon contain nor ra pid cool here exothermic process i.e increase temprature of base metal
In Atomic hydrogen welding, hydrogen (in atomic form) would form on the surface of the zirconium cladding and diffuse into the cladding wall and react with the metal to form stable zirconium hydrides which provide strong hardness.
@@mechanicalnexus thank you sir
@@vikramsinghshekhawat3448 you are welcome 😊
Nfc exam date announced ...pls try make a video on preparation for crack nfc
Ok I will see
@@mechanicalnexus thanks for responding....
@@Ajaykumar-qx3cg you will alwys get my response if you have any doubts or comments 😊
Jo heat release ho rha hai uske baad wo wapas se molecules me kaise ho rha hai iska koi example dekar batao
Big topic it is 😃
Any video related to this topic
Sair aap ka class kaise le Sakta haii
Sorry mai class nhi deta..
Electrode K bich 2000 C hota hai
Bad me o 4000 C Kaise Ho sakta hai
Aur 4000 pe tungsten pighalta q Nahi?
Tungsten ka melting point kafi high hota hai esly nhi pighalta
