Sir wic marks is calculated for overall aggregate whether first attempt marks or backlog marks for govt exam

Hi, In the application for issue of DMC, they are asking for filling up the Semester with Month and Year details for DMC along First/Second/Third Attempts.
As i dont have my Mark Card from 1st to 4th Sem, i am not sure of which attempt(2nd or 3rd) i need to apply for the DMC, even about Months i am not sure. Any idea what should i do, they are not responding to mail or call!!

You just go to the vtu Belgaum with all relevant documents to apply for DMC
