i love how Adam uses the slap formula even in the intro of his videos, it's part of the reason I keep watching his videos! "hi I'm Adam with the roof strategist and I'm here to talk about this type of pitch! so if that's something you feel like you need to learn watch this video." like yes adam i think i will!
Adam I’ve been selling retail for the last few years. Coming from a residential roofing company that only offered 1 roofing package their thought being don’t give customers to many options because they will never make a decision. As an owner now, I can tell you this strategy has brought up our closing percentages by 15% on average and some reps have seen a 20% jump. Thanks for your great content.
WOW Ryan! That is AWESOME! Ya know what, it's a balance. Too many options = analysis paralysis. Too few options = feeling forced. Giving 3 = illusion of control and choice. It's like Goldilock's porridge... you want it just right. :) Thanks for sharing your win my dude!
Been working Lake Charles LA since August 28th 2020 and still there I am humbled, and good contractor with great craftsmanship that stands behind his warranty. I use some of your techniques to master my craft in talking to my homeowners. Knowing your product and what your customer wants and if they don't know that's why we are there! LOL but yes great videos man. So far I'm getting so much work that I'm months behind. But please keep up the great vids man I watch them and just keep sharpening my edge. I'm building customer base line! :)
Thanks so much for taking the time to comment, Gene! I Appreciate your kind words. Most importantly, I am PUMPED for you that you're months behind -- what an amazing problem to have :) Glad to see you committed to serving your customers with pride and integrity!
My buddy and I are working the Lake Charles and Central Louisiana areas right now and are brand new to roof sales. Your videos have been a huge help. Keep up the great work and thanks!
Great video......if u do the inspection straight away to u the then reschedule for the sales appointment or if things are going well.....sit down there and then and present your solution.....thanks mark (Australia)
Hey Mark from Australia :) Great question my man. I 100% would encourage you to do the sales appointment RIGHT THERE after the inspection. If you have their attention, take advantage of it. It will reduce your cancelation rate, reschedule rate, and someone else from showing up between then and your appointment. It will also prevent the homeowner from calling around for a "second opinion" before the appointment.

Glad you dig it my dude!
Took me 2 minutes to understand we were not talking about roof angles for any scenario. That was a bummer!
