  • Welcome to our UA-cam video where we answer your question on tuning the Planet Eclipse LV2 Paintball marker! If you've ever wondered how to achieve peak performance with your LV2, you're in the right place.
    Join Sam as he guides you through the essential steps of tuning his very own Eclipse LV2. First up, he delves into the heavy rammer versus light rammer, shedding light on their differences in performance.
    But that's not all - Sam takes a closer look at the Rear SFR and Forward SFR adjustments, explaining why it's crucial to set them correctly. Avoiding common pitfalls can make a huge difference with the LV2!
    Once the indoor talk is done, we head outside with Sam to chronograph the marker, ensuring it meets the desired velocity. But wait, there's more! Sam also shares pro tips on adjusting the dwell timing, so you can fine-tune your LV2.

    i've found rear sfr decreased to 11 o clock, forward sfr tuned to around 1-1:30, light rammer, dwell down to 9ms, and then lpr tuned till consistency stays constant and fps spikes all over the place are removed has given me the softest and crispest shot. more optimal tuning could be achieved if further weight is removed from the bolt and front sfr is increased more. This will speed the bolt cycle speed forward. and also allow the rear sfr or lpr to be decreased slightly again as more mass has been removed.

    So when tuning the LPR with a tester gauge, what does lowering vs raising the psi do to efficiency or smoothness of shot?

    Shouldnt the sfr be tuned for optimal efficiency?

      If you want optimal efficiency, the forward SFR should be opened to allow more flow. Doing this and getting your marker’s dwell tuned will achieve better efficiency! - Sam

      There is nothing to tune, the bolt is not dwell sensetive, and there is no SFR or LPR... Like Jack Wood told, you play the cs2 and all PE guns with Gamma Core like it is from factrory, and leave it alone, just look after it and keep it clean

    Can you do one for the lv1.6

    • @PubmasterDrax
      @PubmasterDrax Рік тому +1

      It's actually the same for the LV1.6. Both the 1.6 and LV2 use the same solenoid. Only difference is the LPR is a little bit bigger on the LV2 than the 1.6.

    So, what was your final lpr pressure and final dwell number?

    Do you have any similar or same video of the Lv 1.6?

      Unfortunately no, but to tune your 1.6, you would follow the exact same steps!

    What would get the softest shot?

      For that, I'd leave the SFR's stock and use the heavy rammer. Adjust your HPR (red) accordingly, and then see if you're able to lower the LPR slightly!
