- After our 3 days in the province we spent a few days in the city of Iloilo, I have to admit it is very nice here, clean, lots of places to eat and the people were very nice with good English. Jingkee did a great job picking out a nice hotel next to SM Iloilo. Most of our time was spent in Malls and letting Joshua play at different places. I'm curious how the night life scene is here but for now, it's family time. We never did get to see the ocean, the taxi driver said we would have to drive like 2 hours to get to a beach, Next time maybe, or maybe Boracay next time we visit!

Your rashes happen to most people coming from temperate countries. My brother who lives in Canada also experiences it when he's back for vacation. So does my daughter. Maybe it's the dust or something your skin is adjusting to. It disappears when they go back to Canada.
can't believe how popular Malls are in the Philippines. Here in the Cali, malls are getting torn down to build condos. BTW, McDonalds Coke > Jolibee Coke

When I saw your rash I knew it was allergies. I had them a few months ago and the doctor put me on a prescription non drowsy allergy medicine. Took it for about a week and they were all gone. 20mg Blexten. Works great and fast acting. Take until rash is gone.

You should see old mansions in Iloilo and have a glimpse of the life of rich people in the past. There are hundred year old churches that you can see too. River Esplanade is a must see for sunset viewing as well. Nice vlog by the way!

Your rash is probably a heat rash, same thing happened to me on my first week there. The dr said my skin was adjusting to the humidity. Went away after 2 weeks.

The taxi driver telling you that the ocean is two hours away did you a big disservice. Iloilo is along the sea, thus the ocean is but a few minutes away wherever you are in the city. Many beach resorts you would like to spend time on are outside the city but you dont need two hours to reach them. Enjoy your stay in Iloilo City.
